  3. Lead property tours and guide clients through market strategy
  4. Negotiate contracts and manage transactions through closing
  5. Maintain accurate documentation and follow-up in the team CRM

Role Details

  1. Job Type: Full-time
  2. Compensation: $65,000 – $200,000+ per year (commission-based, performance dependent)
  3. Schedule: Self-managed within required responsiveness and activity standards
  4. Pay Structure: Commission-based
