Alliance Global Solutions is recruiting experienced Fiber Technicians for a new ISP opportunity in the New Castle, PA market (northwest of Pittsburgh). We are seeking technicians who are skilled in fiber installation and fusion splicing.

Scope of Work:

• Lay temporary fiber and perform fusion splicing at coyote boxes and NIUs.
• Complete customer home installations, including terminations and testing.
• Average 2–4 jobs per day assigned.

Compensation Options:

• 1099 Contract: $150 per completed job (lay temp, splice, and install).
• Hybrid Model: $20/hour base pay + $30 per completed job.

Requirements:

• Must be able to perform installs and fusion splicing independently.
• Must provide own vehicle, gas, and tools.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Must pass a background check and motor vehicle report (MVR).
• Prior experience with customer premise installations required.

Schedule:

• Full-time opportunity, work orders provided daily.
