Your role as a Culbertson Gray Group agent:

  1. Follow up consistently to make sure no lead goes to waste.
  2. Listen carefully to client needs and guide them through the process clearly.
  3. Meet directly with buyers and sellers to provide expert guidance.
  4. Lead home showings and tours with motivated, ready-to-act clients.
  5. Handle paperwork and timelines smoothly to keep transactions on track.
  6. Grow your personal network with smart, consistent outreach.
  7. Stay informed on market activity so you can deliver up-to-date advice.


What you need:

  1. An active real estate license.
  2. Comfort using technology and a willingness to learn new systems.
  3. Clear communication—calls, meetings, and negotiations are a big part of the job.
  4. Self-motivation and follow-through. We’re looking for agents who keep moving forward.

$48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
