Job DescriptionWe are looking for a dedicated Front Desk Coordinator to join our team in San Francisco, California. In this contract position, you will play a pivotal role in providing outstanding service to residents and guests, ensuring their needs are met with attention to detail and care. This role requires a customer-focused individual who excels in communication, organization, and hospitality to create a welcoming and efficient environment.

Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for residents and guests, addressing inquiries and providing clear directions in a detail-oriented and courteous manner.
• Accurately record and relay messages, maintaining detailed documentation in resident log books.
• Manage package distribution, including logging incoming and outgoing parcels and ensuring proper tracking and signatures.
• Monitor property access points using surveillance systems and report any suspicious activity to maintain resident safety.
• Respond promptly to resident requests, ensuring timely follow-ups and task completion within 24 hours.
• Assist in move-in orientations for new residents, providing necessary information and guidance.
• Administer access control programs, issuing property access cards and maintaining accurate records in tracking software.
• Maintain accurate logs of parking spaces, rental storage lockers, and registered pets, vehicles, and bicycles.
• Ensure the lobby and entrance areas are clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies throughout the shift.
• Support emergency response procedures by maintaining a list of residents requiring special assistance and actively participating in emergency planning.• Proven experience in concierge services, front desk operations, or a related customer service role.
• Strong ability to manage mail distribution and package handling efficiently.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to answer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Proficiency in monitoring property access points and using security systems.
• Excellent organizational skills to manage resident logs, parking spaces, and access control programs.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of building policies and procedures to ensure compliance and inform vendors.
• A positive and detail-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering superior customer service.
