Job DescriptionSalary: 60,000 - 65,000 yearly
Requirements: Must be associate or fully licensed LPC/APC; LMSW/LCSW, LMFT (Full license preferred)
Positive Growth, Inc. Early Intervention Psychosis Program (EIPP) provides evidence-based individual and family therapy, care coordination services, trauma-informed, person-centered assessment, and treatment planning activities to young adults experiencing early onset psychosis. Positive Growth, Inc. EIPP serves Metro Atlanta area residents between the ages of 16-30 who have experienced their first episode of psychosis symptoms starting within the past two years.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Team lead for Multidisciplinary Team: including psychiatrist, psychologist, nurse, case manager, supported employment/education specialists, certified peer specialists, and family education and support/certified peer specialists -par
- Provide therapy to participants
- Ensure evidence-based practices are implemented
- Actively coordinates meetings in compliance with the program model, ensures efficient communication, and keeps all team members informed of relevant issues involving all participants and their families.
- Coordinate referrals, admissions, discharges, and monitor caseloads.
- Review and approve clinical documentation.
- Completes intake assessment
- Conduct outreach and marketing to develop the program.
