Position Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans

Monitor patient status and respond to changes in condition

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure the highest quality of care

Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
-
Support residents’ physical and emotional needs with compassion and professionalism
Requirements:
-
Active RN license in Colorado (or compact state)
-
Minimum 1 year of RN experience, LTC/Skilled Nursing experience preferred

Current BLS certification
-
Strong communication and critical-thinking skills
-
Ability to thrive in a team-oriented and patient-focused environment
