Job DescriptionCrouch Staffing Solutions, Inc. is immediately hiring for a Field Service Technician – Entry Level (Training Provided) to work in Waco, Texas!Job Title: Field Service Technician – entry Level Job Type: Full-time Pay/Salary: $25.00-$30.00 per hour DOE Hours of Work: M-F 8:00 am-5:00 pm.About the Role:Crouch Staffing is hiring motivated and career-driven individuals for a Field Service Technician position in Waco, TX. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates in technical fields looking to develop their careers in industrial machinery, automation, and high-tech manufacturing.Technicians will be based in Waco, where they will receive hands-on training on industrial equipment, including CNC cutting machines, fiber laser systems, and plasma cutters. When not traveling for installations or service work at customer sites, technicians will gain experience working in our central facility and at client locations.Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot industrial machinery and automation systems.
• Work with CNC cutting machines, fiber laser systems, plasma cutters, and other industrial equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance under the guidance of experienced engineers.
• Read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and blueprints.
• Work hands-on with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
• Participate in training programs designed to develop skills in automation, electronics, and industrial maintenance.
• Travel to customer sites for installations and service work as needed.
• Be available for travel assignments lasting at least two weeks without returning home.

Qualifications:

• Recent graduates from technical programs in:
  • Electronics, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance (Electrical or Mechanical), Automation, or related fields.
• Strong interest in industrial equipment, automation, and field service work.
• Basic knowledge of electrical circuits, mechanical components, and troubleshooting.
• Ability to learn quickly and follow technical instructions.
• Must have a valid U.S. Passport and Driver’s License (or be willing to apply for a passport and expedite the process).
• Willingness to travel for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, team player, and eager to develop new skills.
• Spanish proficiency is a plus (not required).
