Labor Source, Inc seeks qualified Commercial Construction Semi-Skilled Laborers!


Job Description:

As a commercial construction Semi-Skilled laborer, you are an essential part of the construction industry. Your role involves various tasks related to the construction, renovation, or maintenance of commercial buildings.

Semi- Skilled Laborer Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Participating in the physical construction process, including site preparation, foundation work, framing, composite clean-up and finishing work.
  • May also be involved in the installation of fixtures, flooring, and other building components.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work zone
  • Working closely with a team and other on-site workers, including construction supervisors, project managers, and subcontractors.
  • Ability to manage your time efficiently, meet project deadlines, and coordinate your tasks with other workers to ensure smooth progress.
  • Have your own basic hand tools

Qualifications:

  • Own & know how to use basic hand tools - such as a hammer, measuring tape, and tool belt.
  • Ability to work 8-10 hour shifts
  • Ability to lift approximately 35-40 lbs.
  • Work within Federal, State and Local Regulations
  • Strong attention to detail and safety protocols on construction sites
  • Be able to legally work within the United States
  • A successful drug screening & background will be required
