Handyman/ Service Technician for Commercial / Retail Maintenance

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join our team! We service commercial & retail locations across CT. Responsibilities will vary daily. Tech will be responsible to troubleshoot and complete work orders - including, but not limited too: drywall, painting, ceiling tiles, fixture repairs, flooring repairs, doors / locks and more. Every day is different! Company provides vehicle and all tools needed. Ample opportunities for over-time. Once a month on-call weekend rotation w/ double time pay.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in handyman, maintenance, or other related field
- Ability to use Field Management Apps
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills/ work independently
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Responsible / Dependable
- Valid Driving License
