Job Title: Legal Receptionist (Bilingual – Spanish)
Location: Rancho Cucamonga, CA
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
Employment Type: Full-Time
Position Overview:
We are an Immigration, Criminal Defense, and Personal Injury Law Firm. We are seeking a professional, reliable, and goal-oriented Legal Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our law firm. This role is critical in delivering excellent client service, managing inbound communications, and ensuring efficient scheduling and follow-up with prospective and existing clients. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and driven to contribute to the firm’s growth by effectively handling client intake and lead conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and manage a high volume of incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Conduct initial client intake and accurately document relevant information
- Follow up with prospective clients (leads) to schedule consultations and maintain engagement
- Schedule and confirm appointments for attorneys and staff
- Maintain and update client records in the firm’s case management system
- Coordinate daily office communications and ensure smooth front desk operations
- Provide general administrative support as needed
Qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (required)
- Prior experience in a law firm or professional office setting (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on client service and lead conversion
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or case management software
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's Preferred
