MSC Safety Solutions is in immediate need of full-time On-Site Safety Professionals to support an active construction project. This role is boots-on-the-ground safety leadership. You will be embedded with project team, enforcing safety standards, identifying hazards, and holding the line on compliance. MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF AN OSHA 510

This position may require night work, extended shifts, and flexibility based on project demands. If you are not comfortable working nights or being on site, this is not the right role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site safety representative for assigned projects
  • Enforce OSHA, site-specific, and client safety requirements
  • Conduct daily field safety inspections and hazard assessments
  • Lead safety orientations, toolbox talks, and job hazard analyses
  • Stop unsafe work and escalate issues when necessary
  • Investigate incidents and near misses and prepare reports
  • Work directly with superintendents, foremen, and craft workers
  • Maintain accurate safety documentation and reporting
  • Support audits, inspections, and client safety expectations

Preferred Certifications (Not Required but Strongly Valued)

  • OSHA 30 (OSHA 510/500 a plus)
  • CHST, CSP, ASP, or similar credentials
  • First Aid/CPR
  • Fall Protection, Confined Space, or Hot Work experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
