Job DescriptionJob Opportunity: Radiologist with Light Interventional Skills

Our organization is currently in search of a Radiologist with light interventional radiology (IR) expertise to provide locum coverage in New Mexico. Below are the key details regarding this position:

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize various imaging modalities, including CT, ultrasound, and plain films.
• Perform procedures such as:
  • Paracentesis
  • Thoracentesis
  • Arthrograms
  • Image-guided biopsies
  • Lumbar punctures (LPs)
  • Hysterosalpingograms (HSGs)
  • Drain placements
  • Fistulagrams
• Experience with breast needle localization and breast biopsies is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Work primarily involves 30% interventional radiology and 70% imaging.

Work Schedule

• Daily shifts of 8 hours, from 8 AM to 5 PM, including a one-hour lunch break.
• No on-call duties, night shifts, or weekend work required.
