Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
Job Details:
- Hybrid - 3-4 days/week (1st couple of weeks full-time in the office)
- Local candidates only - Charlotte, NC 28277
- Do candidates need to be local to interview? Yes
- Will they be required onsite? Eventually yes, but remote for now.
- Onsite requirements? 5 days/week or Flex Onsite Schedule 2-3 days per week/month? Eventually yes 4 days.
- Potential to Convert FTE? Yes
- Target Years of Exp: 2-5
- Top 5 Must Haves: Candidates must have exp troubleshooting Optical Transport & Ciena & Cisco.
Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in a telecommunications environment. Experience/training on voice and data communication networks and the individual elements within those networks, data/wireless communications principles

- Must be able to demonstrate proficiency with the technologies listed below:
- Carrier transport circuit technologies such as Ethernet over Copper (EOC/EFM), ADSL, T1s, fiber services (DWDM), and Metro-Ethernet
- Network infrastructure, DNS, IP Subnetting
- Dynamic Routing Protocols (BGP, OSPF, RIP and EIGRP)
- Telephony based technologies (TDM, Converged, VOIP, SIP, etc.)
