You earned your CDL-A. Now you need the opportunity to turn that training into real experience.
365 Freight USA is hiring CDL-school graduates for a paid mentor program. You’ll spend four to six weeks on the road with an experienced driver, learning the day-to-day responsibilities of professional OTR driving.
After successfully completing the program, you’ll transition into your own truck and begin driving solo, with the opportunity to earn $1,600-$1,800 per week.
No previous professional driving experience is required.

What You’ll Learn
Your mentor will help you build practical skills that go beyond the CDL-school classroom, including:
- Safe driving and trip planning
- Pickups and deliveries
- Pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Communication with dispatch
- Daily OTR driving responsibilities
Once you successfully complete training, you’ll move into your own truck and begin driving solo.
Qualifications
- Valid Class A CDL
- Graduate of an accredited CDL school
- Clean motor vehicle record
- Able to meet DOT qualification requirements
- Safety-focused and dependable
- Willing to learn and work with an experienced mentor
