This role blends complex litigation with proactive client advisory, working with prominent construction clients across both private and public sectors. You'll be part of a collaborative, down-to-earth office that values mentorship, balance, and professional growth.

What You'll Do:

• Handle all phases of litigation: pleadings, discovery, depositions, and trial prep
• Draft and negotiate construction-related contracts
• Manage complex discovery and client communications
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and trials
• Counsel clients to avoid and resolve disputes before they escalate

What You Bring:

• Civil litigation experience (5–7 years), excluding insurance litigation
• Strong writing, case management, and oral advocacy skills
• A construction law background is a plus, but not required
• Proactive, personable, and team-oriented mindset

• Base salary starting at $205,000+ DOE
• Bonus structure: $7,000+ for 1,850 hours, $60–$100/hour for excess
• Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 remote
