Future Opportunities | Manufacturing
Due to anticipated growth and workforce planning needs, we are building a pipeline of qualified candidates for anticipated future openings. While there may not be an immediate vacancy, applicants may be considered for current and future opportunities as business needs arise.
1st Shift - Monday-Friday 6:00 am – 2:30 pm
Mandatory OT as needed
What You'll Do
- Assemble window and door components in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Operate hand tools, machinery, and production equipment
- Rotate between multiple workstations and responsibilities
- Meet safety, quality, and productivity standards
- Read production orders, blueprints, and measurements
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Work effectively as part of a team
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Manufacturing experience preferred
- Ability to use hand tools and measuring devices
- Ability to learn multiple job functions
- Strong communication, attendance, and teamwork skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing
Work Environment
- Fast-paced production setting with productivity goals
- PPE and hearing protection required in designated areas
- Seasonal exposure to heat and humidity
- Tobacco-free workplace
- Overtime may be required based on business needs
Physical Requirements
Physical demands vary by assignment. Candidates must be able to lift up to 60 lbs. at waist level and 30 lbs. at shoulder level (Level 2) or up to 100 lbs. at waist level and 70 lbs. at shoulder level (Level 3). Additional requirements include pushing/pulling up to 70-100 lbs., standing for extended periods, and frequent walking, bending, reaching, kneeling, squatting, and performing repetitive tasks for up to 12 hours per day.
