Summary:

Provide technical and administrative controls over tooling data and documentation in support of Proposals, Finance, Quality, Engineering and Project Management departments.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Download and verify all quote data from customers, including conversion of multiple file formats to CATIA drawings and Adobe PDF files. Support all AIT sites
• Create quote folders containing customer RFQ and design model data for Proposal Team
• Download purchase orders from all customers and distribute to Finance and Project Management. Accept PO on customer portals when verification is complete.
• Upon award, created job folder with all required documents and design data for Project Management and the shop floor
• Create and maintain model data in tool directories. Track and report changes via Change Management Request form
• Perform administrator functions on all customer FTP (File Transfer Protocol) sites for AIT accounts
• Primary POC and support for Group Unification Real-Time Utility (GURU) for AIT Chesterfield
• Primary POC and support for Industrial and Financial Systems (IFS) modules for AIT Chesterfield
• Upload design and inspection data provided by Quality Assurance and Quality Engineering to customer FTP sites
• Primary liaison between all customers and AIT for data transfers
• Maintain documentation for all customer processes
• Submit and track all RFI (Request For Information), CAF (Change Authorization Form), SIR (System Information Request) and Squawk documentation requested by Project Management
• Create RFQ packages, load them to the AIT FTP site and send information to requested vendors in support of Procurement Department
• Convert CATIA files to STEP for Mechanical Engineering in support of Supply Chain outsourcing
• Training and support of Data Configuration Control Assistant personnel
• Supports Proposal Team with engineering quoting activity

• Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Work Experience:

• Associates Degree in Business Management, information technology or related field.

• Three years of experience in related industry.
• Three years of experience with File Transfer Protocol.
• CATIA/3D modeling software preferred

Work Authorization/Security Clearance Requirements:

• This position may require a government security clearance.

Environment Type:

• Indoor, Office environment. Temperature controlled.

Work Hours:

• Standard work schedule, overtime may be necessary for meeting deadlines, required travel, emergent conditions.

Travel Requirements:

• This position can involve travel up to 10% of the time.

• Light work that includes moving objects up to 20 pounds.
• Picking, pinching, typing or otherwise working, primarily with fingers rather than with whole hand or arm as in handling.
