Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Associate Attorney to join our medical malpractice defense team. This is a hybrid role offering flexibility to work both remotely and from our Uniondale office.

Responsibilities:

• Manage medical malpractice cases from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery.
• Attend court appearances, depositions, and mediations.
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients to develop case strategies.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York State Bar.
• 1–3 years of litigation experience preferred; medical malpractice experience a plus.
• Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
