Job DescriptionFront Desk Attendant for La Quinta by Wyndham

We are looking for a Hotel Guest Services Front Desk Agent who is flexible to work all shifts. (8AM-4PM, 4PM-12AM, 12AM-8AM) Qualifications include customer service and basic computer knowledge. Most work will be completed on the hotel reservation software, which the company will provide ongoing training for all staff.

Requirements:

  • Previous Hotel Front Desk experience is required.
  • Keeping the lobby area clean.
  • Treating guests with respect.
  • Having a professional appearance.
  • Being knowledgable of the surrounding area for guest convenience.
  • Assistance with laundry if needed.


Optional Requirements:

  • Prior experience in Synxis PM.
  • Prior experience in a Wyndham brand hotel.

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Required).


Experience:

  • Hotel experience: 2 years (Required).
