Join Our Team as a Maintenance Technician

If so, Stintino Management is looking for a dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team at The District North Hills in Raleigh, NC.
Pay: $22–$25.50 per hour (based on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Perform day-to-day maintenance tasks including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliance repair, painting, and general building upkeep

Diagnose and complete maintenance repairs in a timely and efficient manner

Complete work orders and respond promptly to resident maintenance requests while providing excellent customer service

Assist with preventive maintenance programs to help reduce long-term repair costs

Prepare vacant units for move-in, ensuring all units meet company standards

Maintain cleanliness and organization of maintenance shop and storage areas

Assist with maintaining inventory of tools, parts, and supplies

Coordinate with vendors when necessary under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor

Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Participate in on-call rotation and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as needed

Assist with property grounds and common area maintenance as required
Required Qualifications:
-
Minimum 1–3 years of hands-on maintenance experience (multifamily or apartment experience preferred)

Strong working knowledge of basic HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, and general maintenance

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
-
Availability for on-call rotation, emergency maintenance, and occasional weekends

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical work including standing, walking, kneeling, climbing, and working in varying weather conditions

Good communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
Preferred Qualifications:

EPA Universal or HVAC Certification
-
Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification or willingness to obtain

Experience with apartment unit turns and preventive maintenance programs
