We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and bilingual (Spanish/English) Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients. This role is essential in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing outstanding customer service to both English- and Spanish-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in clients with warmth and professionalism.

• Answer phones, respond to emails, and assist with scheduling appointments.

• Provide information about services, promotions, and programs.

• Translate and communicate effectively between Spanish- and English-speaking clients and staff.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area.

• Process payments and assist with membership or package sales.

• Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and client record updates.

• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred (healthcare, wellness, or fitness setting a plus).

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Professional appearance and positive attitude.

• Basic computer skills (scheduling software experience a plus).
