Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate scheduling and calendar management

Perform accurate and timely time entry

Handle incoming messages and communications professionally

Process reimbursements and maintain expense records

Draft and template legal pleadings and correspondence

E-file documents in both Federal and State courts
Qualifications
-
Experience in complex commercial litigation, is a plus

Proven experience as a Legal Assistant

Familiarity with legal procedures

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with billing systems

Strong organizational and communication skills
-
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

E-filing experience is required
