This position operates in a fully remote setting, combining the flexibility of home-based work with the resources and community of our outpatient office based in Watertown, NY. Key Responsibilities\n
In this role, you will be actively involved in:

- Conducting comprehensive assessments to evaluate the mental health needs of clients, utilizing evidence-based tools and methodologies.
- Designing, implementing, and managing individualized care plans that address clients' specific challenges and goals, integrating therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.
- Providing ongoing support and education to clients and their families, equipping them with tools and resources to navigate mental health challenges.
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, including physicians, psychologists, and social workers, to ensure a holistic approach to client care, enhancing treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n
You will work primarily with diverse adult clients facing a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
