JOB FUNCTION:

Incumbent operates power tools and hand tools as needed. Makes repairs to building as necessary. Maintains buildings and premises in a neat and orderly condition. Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Must have a valid NYS Driver's License.

JOB SUMMARY:
Incumbent operates power tools and hand tools as needed. Makes repairs to building as necessary. Maintains buildings and premises in a neat and orderly condition. Performs minor repairs and maintenance on equipment. Must have a valid NYS Drivers License. All duties are to be performed within the guidelines of Seneca Gaming and Entertainments policies and procedures, NIGC Minimum Internal Control Standards, and SGA Tribal Internal Control Standards.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1.Aides in keeping inventory of all janitorial supplies and tools.
2.Performs inspections; maintains and ensures that malfunctioning equipment and appliances are repaired or replaced.
3.Performs the upkeep of facilities, including repairs.
4.Cleans condensers on all cooling units at the Gaming and Entertainment facilities as needed.
5.Moves and sets up tables, chairs and any equipment.
6.Ensure that the grounds are always clean, landscaped, and in winter months plowed and salted.
7.Completes fire extinguisher inspection in a timely manner.
8.Complete work orders in a timely manner.
9.Maintains a neat and orderly work area.
10.Attends departmental meetings and in-services.
11.Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

High School Diploma or equivalent required. Must have at least two (2) years of experience in any of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electric or masonry. Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays as required.
