PROMAN Staffing has partnered with our client, a global leader revolutionizing mobility to source and hire experienced Multi-Craft Maintenance Technicians to support production operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment at their Graniteville, SC facility.
This is a direct hire opportunity offering long-term stability, growth potential, and access to cutting-edge equipment.
Multi-Craft Technician Responsibilities:
- Perform mechanical, electrical, and electronic maintenance on production, processing, and conveyor systems
- Collaborate with Engineering on equipment installations, testing, and commissioning
- Troubleshoot PLCs, AC drives, 3-phase motors, encoders, resolvers, and instrumentation (flow, level, pressure, temperature)
- Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities and generate work orders
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, technical manuals, and machine diagnostics
- Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, hoists, and other machinery safely and effectively
- Inspect and repair mechanical components including gearboxes, bearings, conveying systems, and rotating equipment
- Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and understand automation and distributed control system architectures
Multi-Craft Technician Qualifications (Required):
- Minimum 5 years of multi-craft maintenance experience, or 3 years with an Associate degree in Industrial Maintenance
- Strong background in electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including a modified DuPont rotating schedule (must be open to both day and rotating shifts)
- Commitment to safety in a 24/7 production environment
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Allen Bradley PLCs
- Familiarity with 480V systems and 3-phase motors
- Hydraulic and pneumatic troubleshooting expertise
