Supervisor – Commercial Cleaning West chester, Ohio Area
At Environment Control, we have a passion for quality. We are a commercial cleaning company with over 50 years of experience, and we are currently looking for a Supervisor to oversee accounts in the West chester, Ohio area.
Key Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>
Train new employees and retrain staff as needed
</li>
<li>
Ensure employees check in each morning.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Perform building inspections
</li>
<li>
Resolve customer complaints
</li>
<li>
Provide fill-in cleaning and coverage for open accounts
</li>
<li>
Work with employees to clean within budgeted time
</li>
<li>
Perform Supply and equipment delivery when needed.&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Submit daily operations reports at the end of each shift
</li>
</ul>
Schedule / Hours:
<ul>
<li>
Full-time&nbsp;
</li>
<li>
Monday–Friday (may include weekends)
</li>
<li>
Start time as early as 8:00 AM (some flexibility)
</li>
<li>
Typical end time no later than 5:00 PM
</li>
</ul>
Pay &amp; Benefits:

$18.00 per hour
</li>
<li>

Weekly pay
</li>

$50 bonus after 90 days
