Job Description
Responsibilities consist of but may be not limited to:
● Report recruitment needs to ROP
● Daily upkeep of point spreadsheet
● Upkeep of the basecamp Project
● Oversee Promotions for Sales Team alongside ROM
● Yearly evaluations Sales team
● Coordinate diversity employee Lunch On/Events
● Upkeep of all employee platforms o Gusto/ Basecamp
Scheduling:
● Create a 2-week schedule in compliance with your local state requirements
● Oversee Fair Work Week law - compliance is being met (if applicable)
● Request instawork when needed
● Stick to overtime guidelines
Payroll:
● Oversee/audit timecards daily
● Make timecard adjustments before payroll deadline (Monday morning EST)
● Input timecard notes left from ASM for previous day
● Approve/verify Assistant Manager timecards
Operations:
● Weekly availability must be input into Deputy, before schedule is created. Days off should be coordinated with ROP and ASM.
● 2 or more consecutive days off will be considered vacation and are required to give two weeks notice.
● Assist the ASM in performing opening and closing procedures.
● Ensure there is always an opener and a closer
● Daily responsibilities begin by familiarizing yourself with the daily staff and floor layout.
● Discuss with the management team what goals are for the day.
● Performing opening and closing procedures.
● If no Assistant Manager is present, you must take over role of the Manager for the day
● Oversee employee responsibilities and positions for the day.
Monitor store racks and all inventory to continuously replenish throughout the day.
● Knowledge of credit and cash operations.
● Oversee POS accuracy and efficiency
● Oversee and enforce company policies and procedures
● Assist client relations
● Oversee Store Is clean, organized, and visually appealing.
● Request security agency if needed with HR
● Ensure ASM Managers are completing EOD recaps
● Assist ASM with daily operations
● Responsible for the store keys
● Keeping track of Keyholders and access codes
● Assist with staff training.
● Assist cashiers with change when needed
● Collaborate with RO Manager and ASM on notes for HR & Operations calls
● solving Customer/Employee complaints/issues
● Manage inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control.
● Conduct morning meeting
● Delegate tasks to all employees
● Discuss with the upper management what goals are for the day ASM & ROM).
● Organize special promotions, displays, and events
● Maintain operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program
● Update colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues.
