RESTAURANT GENERAL MANAGER
Ready to lead one of the most energetic, fast-paced restaurant teams in the Valley?
We’re looking for a passionate, hands-on Restaurant General Manager who thrives under pressure, leads from the front, and knows how to create an unforgettable guest experience while driving strong operational performance.
This is not a “sit in the office” management role. We’re looking for a true leader who can motivate a team, elevate service standards, control costs, build culture, and keep operations running at a high level every single day.
What You’ll Do
- Lead all front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Drive guest satisfaction and deliver exceptional hospitality
- Coach, mentor, and develop a large team in a high-volume environment
- Organize and supervise shifts while maintaining efficiency and morale
- Manage inventory, labor, sanitation, and operational standards
- Monitor financial performance and control costs
- Handle guest concerns professionally and effectively
- Promote a positive, energetic, team-focused culture
- Lead by example and uphold brand standards at all times
What We’re Looking For
- 4+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume restaurant
- Experience managing teams of 40+ employees
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Extensive food & beverage knowledge
- Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Strong understanding of restaurant financials and inventory systems
- Comfortable coaching, delegating, and holding teams accountable
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
- Available nights, weekends, and holidays
