Your Role: Employment Litigation Associate

• Manage a caseload of employment defence litigation matters

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including:

Drafting pleadings and motions

Managing and responding to discovery

Taking and defending depositions

Participating in mediations and trial preparation

• Develop and execute litigation strategy and case evaluation

• Maintain proactive communication with clients and ensure timely reporting

• Collaborate with senior attorneys while building independent case ownership

💰 Salary & Benefits:

• Competitive salary $125,000 – $185,000 + performance bonus

✅ Must-Haves:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree

• 2+ years Employment experience

• Active California Bar admission (in good standing)

• Experience in employment litigation (defence preferred)
