We are seeking an entry-level to mid-level experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. This role involves performing reactive and preventive maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities
- Follow the plant maintenance and preventive maintenance program.
- Perform reactive maintenance and preventive maintenance during downtime.
- Troubleshoot welding robotic machines, drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and furnace elements using multi-meters and other test equipment.
- Operate forklifts and scissor lifts safely.
- Work any shift, including weekends and overtime.
- Lift up to 40+ lbs.
- Stand for the entire shift.
- Bend, stoop, stretch, and reach as required.
Essential Skills
- At least 3 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in troubleshooting welding robotic machines, drives, sensors, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, power transmission, and furnace elements.
- Ability to perform reactive and preventive maintenance.
- Safe operation of forklifts and scissor lifts.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Industrial maintenance.
- Proficiency with power tools, drill press, lathe, and milling machine.
- Electrical troubleshooting, PLC programming, electronics, and robotics.
- Expertise in hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Welding cell and industrial oven maintenance experience.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $26.00/hr.
