Responsibilities

• Provide expert on-site installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of patented EDM systems at customer facilities.

• Deliver high-quality technical training and product demonstrations to military and commercial customers, both on-site and virtually.

• Conduct follow-up visits (typically 3–6 months post-installation) to reinforce training, assess performance, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers and influencers across OEMs, MROs, military units, and commercial airlines.

• Identify opportunities for customers to benefit from additional support and partner with the sales team accordingly.

• Represent the company professionally at customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.

• Prepare and deliver clear, effective technical presentations and demonstrations to small groups.

• Document site activities, training outcomes, and customer feedback to drive continuous service improvement.

• Contribute to the development of training materials, case studies, and technical content.

• Support bid and proposal efforts with technical insights, and help forecast service needs and customer requirements.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a natural ability to build positive relationships.

• Flexibility and enthusiasm for approximately 60% travel, primarily across the Western United States.

• U.S. Citizenship required.

Preferred Experience

• Experience delivering technical training or conducting product demonstrations.

• Familiarity with EDM technology or precision machining in an aerospace or defense context.

• Background working with OEMs, MROs, military maintenance units, or commercial airlines.

• Experience supporting bid and proposal processes with technical input.
