Position: Installer


Locations: Hiring for multiple locations anywhere in Central IL serving areas such as Springfield, Bloomington, Peoria, Champaign, Decatur and nearby communities.


Job Type: Full-Time


Key Responsibilities:

- Install bathroom projects according to company standards and client specifications. We are NOT a one day bathroom company. We install luxury components carefully over a period of days as well as full bathroom remodels.


- Ensure all installations are completed efficiently and to a high standard of quality.

- Collaborate with the Project Manager and other team members to meet project deadlines.

- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client concerns during and after installation.

- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in construction or installation roles -- carpentry skills are essential. Most plumbing is performed by another team member.

-Some experience with the following areas are highly preferred, but not absolute requirements – basic plumbing, basic electrical, basic flooring, basic drywall.

-Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

-Ability to read and interpret some product instructions and plans.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – strongly prefer a truck and trailer to transport job materials.

-Primary tools used in carpentry are also expected.

-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

-Comfort with short projects and adhering to time schedules.
