Job Notice: Hospitality Team Member

Location: Montrose, GA

Job Summary: We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Hospitality Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, and possess strong teamwork skills. Integrity, reliability, and flexibility are essential.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry a minimum of 25 lbs.

Ability to stand for long periods.

Ability to kneel, bend, climb, and squat.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Tolerance for exposure to dust and cleaning chemicals.

Weekly Responsibilities:

· Attention to detail and a high standard of cleanliness.

· A genuine passion for service and making guests feel special.

· Ensure confidentiality and security of guest rooms.

· Maintain all cleaning equipment and materials in a safe and sanitary condition.

· Reporting maintenance issues or safety hazards.

· Upholding our high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the property.

· Daily cleaning and resetting of guest rooms, including bed making.

· Bathroom clean sinks, mirrors, tubs, and showers.

· Empty and clean trash containers and dispose of waste in a sanitary manner.

· Laundry services including washing, drying, and folding linens.

· Restocking room supplies such as toiletries, linens, and other essentials.

· Sweep, scrub, mop, and polish floors - vacuum carpets and rugs.

· Wash dishes and clean the kitchen according to hygiene standards.

· Wash windows as scheduled.

Seasonal Responsibilities: 6 months of the year

During Quail Season (November to February & Fishing season (April and May) periodically during summer months for Family, Off-season guests and as needed for Management meetings.

· Assisting with menu planning and inventory management.

· Availability to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.

· Clean and reset tables and maintaining a tidy dining area.

· Contributing to the planning and execution of special events.

· Coordinating with other staff to ensure a seamless guest experience.

· Ensuring kitchen cleanliness and compliance with food safety standards.

· Managing inventory, including shopping for supplies, and controlling food costs.

· Experience in cooking and/or serving is preferred.

· Handling guest inquiries and resolving any issues with professionalism and patience.
