Job DescriptionDescription:
Schedules, coordinates and supervises the daily production in the Final Inspection Department as well as support departments and to meet customer demands with quality products.
Requirements:
- Coordinates production with the scheduler and the shipping department.
- Supervises Final Inspection employees.
- Monitors Final Inspection quality and continuously improve operations.
- Coordinates with the Q.C. department in corrective actions and other quality issues.
- Communicates to Maintenance and other departments maintenance issues and coordinates repairs.
- Scheduling people for overtime.
- Issuing RQF to order material for the department.
- Interviewing, hiring and discipline of employees.
- Supervises and administers training of all new employees and evaluate results regularly.
- Monitors and enforces safety procedures and rules and company policies.
- Maintains and monitors equipment’s operative conditions throughout the department.
- Regularly checks productivity and helps solve and correct problems that occur throughout the shift.
- Maintains and facilitates open communication in the department and between departments.
- Ensures production report information is accurate and completed on time.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
