We are partnering with a large, well-established law firm in Orange County seeking a Commercial Litigation Associate to join its growing litigation practice.

The Opportunity
You will work closely with partners and senior attorneys on a broad range of commercial litigation matters across state and federal courts. The role offers hands-on responsibility, client exposure, and the opportunity to develop within a respected litigation platform.
This position is well suited to ambitious attorneys looking to build their experience on complex disputes while progressing within a structured and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage commercial litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda
- Conduct legal research and case analysis
- Support depositions, mediations, hearings, and trial preparation
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate closely with partners on litigation strategy
About You
- Admitted to the California Bar
- Experience within commercial litigation
- Strong legal writing and analytical skills
- Comfortable managing multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
- Motivated to take ownership and develop within a high-level practice
