We are a leading staffing agency looking for a dynamic Temporary Staffing Full-Time Recruiter/ Staffing Specialist to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Work closely with Client Managers fully understand staffing needs and specific job qualifications.
- Conduct full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and offer negotiation for contract, contract-to-hire. positions
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to create shortlists of suitable individuals for clients.
- Serve as the main point of contact between Sales/Client Managers and candidates, managing communications and coordinating interview schedules.
- Prepare candidates for client interviews by providing detailed information about the role and company culture.
- For Temporary employees, ensure timely timesheet approvals for payroll.
- Thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where your success is directly tied to your effort and ambition.
- Manage a high volume of job requisitions (typically 15-25 at any given time) across various industries and role levels.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a recruiting role, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with modern recruiting technologies, including ATS/CRM software and professional sourcing platforms.
- Spanish Bilingual a plus
