Job Description
A boutique family law firm in the Oakland Hills is seeking a Family Law Associate (2+ years’ experience) to join a close-knit, high-performing team. This role offers meaningful casework, direct client interaction, and a supportive culture with a balanced 1,200 billable hours per year.
Experience Required:
- 2+ years practicing family law
- Active California Bar license
- Strong litigation, writing, and client communication skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle family law matters from pleadings to court appearances
- Draft motions, briefs, and legal correspondence
- Work closely with clients and the legal team to drive case strategy
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 – $190,000, plus eligibility for discretionary annual bonuses. Actual compensation within this range will be determined based on factors such as location/market, skills, education, experience, and other relevant qualifications.
