Property Management Associates is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant with expertise in finding and screening tenants.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct property tours with prospective tenants, showcasing the community's features and amenities and turn prospects into residents.
- Guide applicants through the application process and execute lease signings efficiently.
- Assist in marketing efforts to attract new tenants and promote property vacancies.
- Effectively turn prospects into residents by providing a seamless and positive leasing experience.
Qualifications:
- Must have excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Energetic, outgoing personality and excellent people skills.
- Exceptional leasing, sales, and marketing skills.
- Student housing experience a plus
- Familiar with rental application process and lease signings.
- Proficiency with computers, including a strong knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Proven success using various online and social media platforms for marketing.
- Proficient with Yardi Voyager is a plus
- One weekend days required.

Pay Range$19.50—$23 USD
