Responsibilities include:
- Opening and closing the bakery
- Supervising & helping team members as needed
- Crafting cakes
- Handling cash & deposits
- Providing excellent customer service and handling guest concerns
- Training and coaching team members
- Monitoring productivity and keeping the team on schedule
- Ensuring cleanliness, organization, and safety standards are being followed
- Managing inventory, restocking supplies, and reporting shortages
- Assisting with covering shifts when needed
- Following company policies and helping enforce them
- Communicating important updates between management and staff
- Stepping in to support daily operations
