Responsibilities
- Greet customers and provide friendly, efficient service at the checkout.
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Handle cash, credit, and other forms of payment securely and accurately.
- Assist customers with product questions and resolve concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the checkout area.
- Scan goods and ensure pricing and discounts are applied correctly.
- Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer satisfaction.
