We are seeking a dependable, hardworking Yard Associate to support daily yard operations and ensure our equipment, materials, and tools are organized, maintained, and job ready. This is a hands on role that plays a critical part in keeping projects running efficiently and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and heavy equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well organized yard and storage areas
- Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on equipment and company vehicles
- Stage and prepare materials for upcoming projects and job sites
- Assist with deliveries, pickups, and inventory management
- Follow all safety protocols, OSHA guidelines, and company procedures
- Identify and report equipment issues, damages, or operational concerns
- Support field crews and team members with general labor and yard operations
Qualifications & Skills
- Strong work ethic with a high level of reliability and punctuality
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting, carrying, and working on your feet
- Experience in construction, warehouse, yard operations, or equipment handling preferred
- Organized with attention to detail and ability to maintain structured workspaces
- Self-starter who can take initiative and work independently or as part of a team
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset
- Forklift or equipment operation experience is a plus (or willingness to learn)
