Morrison's Irish Pub, located in Alton, IL, is looking for dedicated and experienced wait staff to join our team. What You’ll Be Doing
As a valued member of our wait staff, you’ll play a key role in creating a memorable dining experience for our guests. Your responsibilities will include: - Greeting customers with a warm and friendly attitude. - Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. - Delivering food and beverages to guests promptly. - Entering orders into the system and collecting proper payment. - Completing opening and closing duties to ensure the restaurant runs smoothly.
What We’re Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need: - At least 1 year of experience in a similar role. - A Serve Safe (Bassett) certification and a food handler’s license (both are required). - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - A team-oriented mindset and the ability to stay organized in a busy environment. - A commitment to providing excellent customer service every step of the way.
