Are you a night owl with an eye for detail? Spark by Hilton Selma is looking for a reliable, independent Night Auditor to join our team for three overnight shifts per week. In this role, you are the face of the hotel during the quiet hours, ensuring our guests are safe, our books are balanced, and our morning starts smoothly.
This is a critical "Relief" position perfect for someone looking for steady part-time work or a student/professional needing a consistent overnight schedule.
What You’ll Be Doing

Financial Balancing: Run the end-of-day reports, reconcile credit card transactions, and ensure all guest accounts are accurate.

Guest Experience: Handle late-night check-ins and early-morning departures with a professional, welcoming attitude.

Safety & Security: Act as the sole Manager on Duty overnight, performing building walk-throughs and ensuring the property remains secure.

Morning Kickoff: Prepare the lobby and coffee station for our early-bird guests.

Reporting: Communicate any maintenance or guest issues clearly to the General Manager and morning shift via the daily log.
What We’re Looking For

Independence: You are comfortable working alone and taking initiative during the overnight hours.

Hilton Experience (Plus): Experience with Hilton Property Management Systems (PEP) is a significant advantage.

Accuracy: Strong basic math skills and a "detective’s eye" for finding discrepancies in daily paperwork.

Reliability: Because this is a 3-night-a-week role, your attendance is vital to our operation.

Professionalism: Even at 3:00 AM, you represent the Spark by Hilton brand to our guests.
