We are a staffing firm who is partnering with our amazing client to find a dynamic center leader in the Staten Island, NY area to oversee operations for a growing youth development and fitness organization. What You’ll Do:
Center Operations
- Support the General Manager with daily operations and staff scheduling
- Assist with training, coaching, and developing a high-performing team
- Create a welcoming, family-focused environment
- Ensure the center remains clean, safe, and organized
- Occasionally coach classes using KidStrong’s curriculum (training provided)
Sales & Customer Experience
- Engage with prospective families through phone calls, tours, and follow-ups
- Support membership growth by converting leads and attending local events
- Build strong relationships with families to support retention
- Meet and contribute to monthly performance and membership goals
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with or coaching children (required)
- Strong communication and customer-service skills
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- High energy, positive attitude, and professionalism
- Ability to work in a physically active environment
- CPR certification or willingness to obtain one

- Full-time
- Weekday availability required
- Weekend availability preferred (depending on events and class schedules)
