Key Responsibilities
• Greet customers and listen carefully to their vehicle concerns
• Build strong relationships with customers and create trust
• Explain vehicle needs and recommendations clearly and honestly
• Prepare accurate repair estimates
• Communicate with technicians regarding vehicle diagnostics
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
• Help create a welcoming and positive customer experience
• Encourage long-term customer relationships and repeat visits
