What You Need:
• Ability to pass pre-employment background & drug screen
• 6 months of commercial tire experience required
• Valid driver’s license
• 3-yr Clean MVR with no DUIs
What You’ll Do:
• Commit to continual improvement, training & professional growth
• Perform commercial tire and wheel replacements and installations
• Dismount wheels using lug wrenches and other hand and power tools
• Repair, balance, rotate, mount, and replacement of tires/wheels
• Perform basic facility maintenance, shop clean up, and organization
• Look for opportunities to improve our products & services
• Other essential and non-essential duties as assigned by management

*Inside Service Technicians are compensated through a combination of hourly pay and service commissions. The listed range represents an estimated total of all compensation sources, listed as an hourly rate. Variables include relevant experience, certifications, and geographic location.
DRUG TESTING
**Purcell Tire tests for the presence of THC in all drug screenings for this position, due to the safety-sensitive nature of the job and the potential for injury or death when a tire is installed improperly or a safety-related mechanical issue is not properly conveyed to a customer. It is a bona fide occupational qualification for service technicians to be unimpaired, so the Company will continue testing for THC and other drugs under the safety-sensitive exceptions allowed by your state.
