The Role

This is not a traditional front desk position.

As a Health Hacker, you are the first and lasting impression of Next Health. You will play a key role in shaping the member experience—balancing operations, education, and sales in a fast-paced, high-touch environment.

You are part host, part operator, part guide.


What You’ll Do

  • Welcome members and guests with a polished, high-energy presence
  • Manage check-ins, scheduling, and clinic flow with precision
  • Educate members on services and confidently recommend offerings
  • Support sales of memberships, services, and packages
  • Maintain accurate records using EMR and scheduling systems
  • Coordinate with clinical and operational teams for seamless care
  • Anticipate needs and create an elevated, personalized experience
  • Assist across multiple areas of the business as needed

Qualifications

  • 1+ years in a medical office, wellness, hospitality, or similar environment preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with scheduling systems and/or EMR preferred
  • Basic understanding of medical terminology is a plus
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
