Work Objective:

As a Front Desk Supervisor, you will ensure that the front desk team delivers a consistent and exceptional experience to all members, prospective members, guests, and fellow team members. You will play a key leadership role in maintaining smooth daily operations and upholding our commitment to outstanding service.

Essential Functions:

The list of essential functions below represents the typical duties performed in this role. It is not exhaustive, and management may assign additional responsibilities as necessary.

  • Oversee registration and check-in for members and guests, providing a friendly greeting and accurate processing to ensure security.

  • Handle club opening and closing procedures as needed.

  • Practice and uphold Raving Fans Service Standards at all times.

  • Monitor the facility to ensure it remains free of hazards; address safety concerns promptly.

  • Operate the CSI Club Software System accurately and efficiently.

  • Maintain knowledge of all club programs and events; register members and process payments.

  • Assist in the sale of merchandise in the pro shop.

  • Promote club events, answer member questions, and respond to calls courteously.

  • Conduct locker room checks periodically to ensure cleanliness and quality standards.

  • Process daily cash receipts and prepare deposits.

  • Complete MOD Reports and act as Manager on Duty (MOD) when required.

  • Attend monthly team meetings.

  • Maintain inventory, including pro shop items, food and beverage, and towels.

  • Assist with training and supervision of front desk staff and scheduling.

  • Keep front desk information and reference materials up to date.

  • Collaborate with other departments (Housekeeping, Floor, Membership, etc.) to ensure smooth daily operations.

  • Support the Front Desk Manager in additional areas as needed.

Education:

  • High school diploma required

  • Associate degree preferred

Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).

  • Ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

  • 1–2 years of customer service experience required.

  • 2 or more years of front desk or hospitality experience preferred.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
