Graul’s Market is a family-owned grocery store known for its exceptional service and a welcoming environment. We are currently hiring a friendly and dependable Beer, Wine & Spirits Clerk to join our team.

***Must have reliable transportation, since we are NOT on the bus route or light rail lines

***Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which includes working on Saturdays.

This position is at our Lutherville, md store location.

Position Overview:
As a Beer, Wine & Spirits Clerk, you’ll help customers in our beer, wine, and spirits store, keep shelves stocked and organized, and ensure a clean and welcoming shopping experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service in the beer, wine, and spirits department
• Operate cash registers and manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Stock shelves, rotate products, and ensure displays are neat and full
• Assist customers in finding products and answering general questions
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the department
• Check IDs to verify legal age when selling alcohol (training provided)
• Help with inventory and restocking as needed

Qualifications:

• Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused
• Able to use cash register and manage transactions accurately using the POS system.
• Ability to lift and stock products (some heavy lifting required)
• Comfortable standing for long periods and moving around the store
• Willingness to learn about products (wine knowledge is a plus, but not required)
• Must be at least 21 years old
