Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and assist buyers in finding and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms to ensure a smooth home buying process
• Determine clients’ needs and abilities to propose solutions that suit them
• Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing
• Prepare necessary contracts and documents
• Promote sales through prospecting and open houses
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices

Skills

• Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills
• Ability to set and close appointments over the phone
• Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson
• Proven track of successful sales record
• Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
• Real estate agent’s or broker’s license

This is not a salaried position. Your income is entirely commission-based and provides unlimited potential. A California real estate license is required before you can join our team.
